Sunday morning is one of the primary opportunities for the members and guests of St. John's to interact with each other and with our God. Our goal is for you to feel welcomed and comfortable in joining us.
Here's what a normal Sunday morning would look like:
9:00 - Worship
10:15 - Education
10:45 - Fellowship
11:15 - Journey
- The basic structure of our worship remains constant:
- Holy Communion is celebrated on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month and is for those in our church body who share our common confession and faith. We believe this is the true body and blood of Jesus Christ, in, with, and under the bread and wine, given for the forgiveness of sins.
- Hearing Assistance Devices are available for those who have hearing difficulties. Please ask an usher as you enter the sanctuary.
- Large Print bulletins are also available for those who need them.
10:15 - Education
- Adult Bible Class - Pastor leads this class as they look at either a topical study or a book of the Bible.
- Sunday School for all ages! Meets every Sunday morning.
10:45 - Fellowship
- You are invited to join us for a time of conversation, coffee and refreshments provided in the Family Life Center. We'd love to get to know who you are and what's happening in your life.
11:15 - Journey
- Our music based Worship in the Gym. A fun, welcoming atmosphere for all. If you haven't given church a shot in a while, or ever, we would love to have you join us sometime, nothing to be nervous about! Come as you are! :)
